ट

टंक  ṭaṅka  A unit of weight in Ayurvedic pharmacology. It is traditionally equivalent to 4 Māṣās (and thus 2 Guñjās), approximating ~4.8 grams in metric units. *Note: The conversion of ancient units can vary slightly based on the reference.

ढालन  ḍhālana  A pharmaceutical process in which a molten substance (often a metal or mineral) is poured, or quenched, into a specific liquid medium (e.g., oil, decoction, herbal juice). This process is used for purification, calcination, or to impart specific therapeutic properties to the material by Sudden cooling.
