ओकसात्म्य okasātmya Habituation; the adaptation and suitability the body develops to a specific place, diet, or activity through constant and prolonged practice.
ओजस् ojas Vital Essence. The supreme, refined product of perfect digestion and metabolism, representing the essence of all seven bodily tissues (Dhātus). It is the substrate of life, immunity (Bala), and vitality. Its qualities are: heavy, cold, soft, smooth, abundant, sweet, stable, clear, unctuous, and sticky.
